话说最近因为一个活动，搞到我无端被烦

简略来说

• 有个儿童乐园类型的赞助商，答应免费给 100 位小孩的入门票
• 由于目的地挺远，算了算，巴士费也要 两千多。我就开始发讯息找看朋友有没有认识巴士公司的，希望也能找到一些赞助。还没 official raise campaign 呢，就是私底下先开始探消息了。。
• 有位朋友，很热情的谈了两下，然后最后他建议可能找人捐钱给这巴士费会比较容易。然后他就 blah blah blah 的发给他的朋友群。而，然后呢，他的朋友也很热情的 blah blah blah 捐了大半。
• 再然后，收到赞助商方面的通知，由于他们公司的规定，可能不能赞助那些以宗教背景而设的儿童院。意思是， 这次的活动可能会被取消了。

我第一时间通知那位朋友，然后他的反应很大，一直跟我强调，这样会让他很难做

问题是我真的没留意他已经开始向他朋友们收钱了，他说他这是说了就做， efficient woh~~

今天又来电话啦，还说他老婆 blah blah blah complaint 怎么这样的活动也有.

顶。。。。我的唯一感觉是，他那堆人很爱面子。
因为我真的很不明白，有什么那么难。
如果最后真的儿童乐园的赞助商拉倒，那么把钱退回就好啦。

之前有个活动，我这里有些是我完全不认识的人，也一样这样handle。
我真的没觉得有什么不妥，要知道我们这只是一个平台，如果赞助商最后说了不算，我们能怎样？强迫他们一定要如期进行，因为我们这里已经有人捐钱了？

突发情况嘛，就不能谅解一下 meh

要不要这点小事好像会让你丢尽面子似的

有时，我真的很懒和这些人打上交道，烦，要顾着他妈的面子

做善事，本着什么心态？
小小事情就不断牢骚，搞什么？

看来要日子过得自在，心态方面真的还有很多很多要学习啦

Ya, kita pakai POS Malaysia

Went to MPSJ branch at Bandar Puteri. Need to checks my statement as I had already change the address, but I have not receive anything from them for the past 1 year!
This branch is really nice as every time (well, it's just 2nd time today) I went, there is NO ONE in the queue, I get served immediately.

So, here's the story:

Me :"Saya dah minta tukar alamat lama dulu, apakah status-nya?"
Officer :"Bagi saya address"
Me :"1231242332dsjfaksldfjakldsfjas"
Officer :"Ya, alamat dah tukar."
Me :"Mengapa tak terima apa-apa surat? Saya dah tukar sejak tahun lalu. Satu tahun berapa kali kena bayar?"
Officer :"2 kali."
Me :"Jadi mengapa tak terima apa-apa kalau alamat dah update ini?"
Officer :"Ya, memang kena datang sini jikalau tidak menerima apa-apa. Kita guna POS Malaysia."

I am speechless when she answered me in that way.

Some more with a 'poker face', totally no sign of 'sorry', no sign of 'I understand you', she's really emotionless till I wonder if she really heard me sometimes, that's why I keep repeating my questions.

Yes, maybe she has a valid reason to tell me not their responsible as the statement is NOT delivered by the POS Malaysia. But why is me that has to pay the penalty where in fact I totally no idea how's the payment going on?
I think short but sad conclusion is: we live in a place where we have to do the other party work just to protect our wallet from being blood for their mistake, keep track of the payment, suka-suka pergi lawat office to check status, be prepared to pay penalty and etc.... what a wonderful world here ...

每次开始一个新的development environment setup 真的很痛苦

当那个project需要不一样的 DB, 不一样的 plugin, 不一样的 build management.
md, 那时真的觉得人生充满着无谓的挑战, 但又不能不克服这挑战.

我现在只不过是要setup 那个 MySQL, 然后要个容易简单的 GUI client 可以用来做 administrator 的东西, 下载这个那个, 试了这个那个, 他妈的混乱, 还没搞定, 我真的不行了!!!

要嘛, 它告诉我的 OS 需要升级到xxx
要嘛, 找不到那熟悉的menu

抓狂啊抓狂!!!

ah, finally found the old version that I am familiar with。
it is 0.3 version behind the latest release, don't care lah, I will be stick with the old way first so that I can proceed, life is difficult ...

某人觉得他爸的风水只照顾到女儿, gi li gu lu 的说着要叫师傅再做一遍好让他们 (或其实他只想着他自己 ?? ) 能够财丁两旺.

我真他妈的不明白.

我不知道风水的东西, 我只知道家里的女儿没什么老爸死后, 变得更好.
没人突然发达了, 日子还是一样的过. 她们的各自的儿子, 都已经十多岁了, 你怎么好意思说是爸的风水旺女儿. 我这还没嫁的, 最近倒霉得想死.

他是家里最不用负担任何东西的么子, 家里本来就不是什么大富人家. 所谓的家产就他一个人独享着. 他妈的他还在埋怨风水不好, 不够旺儿子, 我真的很他妈的看到他我就烦得想去死.

40多岁的人, 还要他妈护他护的像小宝贝一样.
护他不算, 还要他妈跟他哥千万吩咐, 要多照顾他这好儿子的儿女.

我真他妈的不明白.
为什么我自己都没给自己好过, 我要去照顾别人的孩子?
如果你是真的有财务困难, OK, 我接受.
但是你就厚着脸皮, 老说自己没钱没钱.
然后在那算着算着你的所谓xx岁之前要有yy钱的目标快达到, 这叫没钱?

家里有钱没钱, 你妈最怕你饿到.
到钟到点饭热菜热, 虽然不是什么山珍海味, 但是比起你外面那些兄弟姐妹, 真找不到一个比你好命的.

真想死

Bad customer service !

very busy recently, busy helping people installing the windows system in the laptop

just finished the one i complain that is very difficult to find the driver online, but luckily I do able to find one finally. Then now has to install another new ASUS laptop, this is for my niece that will start her college life very soon. Hopefully this will be smooth installation as I the driver CD on hand.

And... I want to complain about the service that I got from this ASUS specialist ASUS shop in Mid Valley. The story begins...
Last Friday I bought an empty software laptop that only come with the BIOS from this shop. The deal was done within an hour. I found it is a little pricy as compare to Acer, then this guy ask me don't compare Perodua with Toyota. OK lor, since I do quite satisfy with the ASUS I have now, I made the deal.

Then when I tried to install the Windows version that I want, it show me a very very scary blue screen to me, which telling 'xxxx maybe hdd problem xxx, restart xxx'. I tried few times, but the same blue screen appeared.

So, Monday I bring this laptop to the shop and ask the guy why. This young guy go and take a Windows 7, then show me there is NO problem for him to run the setup. Then my un-happy conversation begin:

I ask: "So, means this machine can only install Windows 7?"

The guy: "Don't know, there is other customer show us the same problem, but we can run it with Windows 7"

I said: "What do you means? Your friend told me there is no problem for me to install any version of Windows, and now you tell me I have to use Windows 7??"

The guy: "Don't know, not sure, maybe is ur CD problem"

I said: "But I used this CD a lot of time, I installed it with few machines already, and there is always running fine"

The guy: "Don't know"

I said: "So now, what can I do? Can I copy the setup file to an external hdd, and try it from there, tell me what can I do"

The guy: "Don't know"

Really bloody hell , @#%@&$%#!(&!@# is the un-spoken words from my mouth. I show him a very angry face, then he ask a senior guy sitting at the cashier place. The the senior guy told: "Oh, try to change xxx in BIOS to IDE"

Then the guy play a bit with the BIOS option, conversation continue:
The guy: "OK, you go back and try to set this to IDE"
I said: "No no no, please, I want to check it NOW!"
The guy: "It is not allow to install the p*r*t*d software in our shop"
I said : "It's OK, I just want to make sure there is NO blue screen anymore"

Then he let me continues on it, and finally I see what I want in the screen.

I do said "Thank you" when I left the shop, but I think my face is still showing a very angry look, I don't feel myself is smiling after the problem resolved.

For me, this kind of service attitude is really sucks. I don't understand why the guy show me it's working fine with the CD they have, but keep telling me "Don't Know" when I tell my problem

It is fine that to verify it is no problem to run the system with the original CD, but what do you expect me to do ? Throw away the new laptop because of NOT using the CD you have? Or you just simply telling me indirectly I should get the Win 7 from you? That just doesn't make sense, I want what I want, and you guys told me that there is no problem, yet you tell me "Don't know" when I come back to you?? Cilaka betul

That senior guy also funny, he just ignorance sitting there even he hear what I had been talk to this guy for quite a long time. He never approach and try to help.

Do they ever know what is customer service ? Just sell and care nothing ?
Stupid lah these guys. I lagi stupid, bought a product from them. Really a bad bad experience

Ah X....ah X... where is the quality ??

I'm been assign to a project out of sudden, it's about supporting the production environment.

It is a Java project that outsource to a company where real man behind the screen is the Ah X developer (globalization mah, world is flat mah....) You know what I try to tell lor....

I have just been involve for last few days, first thing come into my mind is that it's totally out of control, or basically no quality control at all. This fellow is delivering something that my company has no knowledge at all, because they have no Java people at all before this, then no body in between to review the thing, and now already in production, the worms can't wait to show their face to the real customers !!

There are so many funny thing happen there, but I would choose this as #1 that I rate it so far. Guess how do they deliver the patch ??

They delivery list of Java class files / JSP / SQL whatever, then give instruction to user to copy over the file 1 by 1 to the production manually, WTH is this?? Amazing thing is the user never complain about this lah ... so it is a S**-S** situation here...
This just sound like kinder-garden playground for me, and yet it cost so much ??!! Why don't outsource to me leh....

My brain get very tire these few days, could be it was used to very relax previously, then this support thing come in with so many troubles that cannot be tell in one simple word, but it's good to warm up myself also lah... although I hate to work late at night also weekend just act as a coordinator to explain again & again about the solution I suggest to them, where is their brain lost to ??

They are not cheap, and yet they still dare to deliver rubbish???!!!

You don't tell me the details, so I dont know it

When you expecting the person will take the responsibility to make things work, and found that what you expect is nothing happen, and being ask/tell by the person : "I don't know I have to do this, no body tell."

Point the documentation to read, no body care
Point the person to contact when has problem, no question asked at all
Then at the last minute when you checks had you done this, done that.. the person tell you 'I follow the previous step, I don't know this time has to do this and that'

We Asian.. really likes to be spoon-feed style of work?
So call senior has to tell everything in details?

Tell me, what do you see when some body tell you 'please take the lead on this'
Tell me, what will you do with this kind of attitude

我不稀罕别人对我好，毕竟我不会对人特别好，有时甚至于骄傲，没表情，冷血，由其是那些我不爽的人

Why productive is so difficult to get common understanding?

How do you recognize a football player is a very good player?

A person that himself or helping the team make goal?

I agree only 50% of this, for me, a good player is a person that himself or helping the team make goal to the OPPONENT, if he so happen kick the ball into his own's gate, NOT only he doesn't make a goal, he actually make the team have to work twice to get the score back, 1 to balance it, 1 to really make it to 1-0!!

Then how do you judge a person is productive or not?

Deliver the work is consider productive?

Again, I only agree if this person delivery the RIGHT product, else, he is just pulling and wasting everybody effort.

Why there are people that NEVER get understand this.
When you tell we need to find a way to be more productive, then he told he make the thing work, and NEVER EVER recognize that making the RIGHT product is the key??

Don't complain why the work being done is never get appreciate, this world is crucial, find a way that can work with the real world is the way to survive good.

i'm disappointed with ur country

today a Chinese colleague come to me and ask:"is ur country so bad? how come they made such statement that Malaysian Chinese as squatters , i am really disappointed and angry with such statement"

tell me what can i say to them, to the China Chinese...

surprise why they know about that? it's bcoz it's reported in the local paper.
can u imagine the impact? as a Chinese, i won't like to invest to this kind of country; as a tourism, i won't like to visit this kind of country.. can't these manuasia use their brain to do real work, instead of talking shit that bring no good to anyone??!

i am disappointed and angry as well, just dont understand how come idiot can be survive in this world, and yet has power, has money, has supporter, u tell me why lah

Finally it's come...the oil is increase for 40%, the electricity is increase and expected more to come.. and as usual, our govt. make these statements:
They said: Change your life style
They said: Among the cheapest in Asia
He said: I can't make everybody happy (who will be happy with this???!!!)
