Using uTorrent 3.0, download speed is only about 5-6 KB/s.
I thought I subscribed 1 M package??!!
Definitely needs to Google around for better solution. And found that needs to update the DLink router firmware that installed by TM so that I can enjoy the better torrent download speed.
So... I am again need to change this router setting.
Hopefully nothing goes wrong, else I may have to be out of internet for days before come back.

it depends on what you are downloading. only popular stuff will get you a decent speed (> 70 kbps).
change to unifi lah, worst also 200 kbps, usually 400-550 kbps.
btw, remember to change the torrent port, don't stick to the default one.
