Just found that the uTorrent download has the 'decent' speed as mentioned by WK.
~ 70 KbS
I think this depends on the popularity, also the timing could be another factor.
Generally, evening time till 01:00 a.m would be very slow speed, <= 10 KbS, but after 02:00, the speed goes up. And this ~ 70 KbS is happen during early after time, I guess could be the network not too 'jam' at this moment, as this is not the golden time to suft net.
anyway, this is just my wild guess...
