今天的行程不在我的计划当中, 只是心里觉得'回报'一下我姐昨天和我一起到Putrajaya的遥远路程, 那就顺水人情, 陪她去一趟医院探望她的一个客户. (她很kia hantu 的, 从来不敢独自到医院, 而且这次还是要去那个高级监护病房, 就是差一步就要到 ICU 的那个)
那个客户oh, 很大只一下. 如果你知道 Ah Tam 这个人, 大概就他那样子.
我们离开的时候接近 4 点了, 问了医生他的状况. 医生说他是中了蚊症, 再加上血液里被老鼠尿感染,所以导致咳嗽出血, 但是情况还算 stabil
然后呢, guess what?
傍晚 6 点多的时候, 我姐接到那个客户表弟的电话, 说医生告诉他通知他的家人, 因为他已经昏迷不醒了, 让他家人有心理准备 !!!
就那两个多小时的时间, 他的病情竟然急转直下, 完全意识昏迷了, 内脏出血, 脑部也出血.... stabil 突然变成这样, 恐怖吧. 不知道是医生的问题, 还是真的时辰已到?
到了明天傍晚, 我姐接到电话, 他过世了.
36岁, 大只雷雷, 就这样去了. 曾经听过句话:'躺在里面的, 不是以岁数在算, 而是以个数在算.'
所以呢, 人生真的不过如此, 没人知道什么时候就是那个时候.
阿弥陀佛, 希望他一路好走.

cuti 1 minggu, tapi manyak sibuk... part 2
OK, after plate number, I move on to a very difficult issue that I had been dragging for many many months.
It's about submit the LAD claim to the tribunal office.
Bought an apartment at year 2003, was abandoned for few years, luckily IJM had take over and finally it delivered the keys by end of year 2010. See, it took total 7 years, which means 4 years later than the promised delivery date!!
Actually before this, I had send the developer a mail asking about this thing, and they replied that asked me to wait till Apr 2012 before any action, bcoz they need to settle some other thing b4 come to this late delivery compensation and etc. I am kind like believe it lah, but after read from the FB group of this apartment, they already some people submitted and do get their case win against the developer, which there is a 'court order' that the developer will pay them back money in a scheduled way, so, I decided to submit it lor.
The tribunal office is at Putrajaya, the one at Damansara is moved to this location already.
I hope you don't need to go thru the same process, bcoz this really not meaning any good to us. But if you need it, here is the basic info for you to proceed.
The office address is:
Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Rumah (TTPR)
Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan
No. 51, Persiaran Perdana,
Presint 4, 62100 Putrajaya,
03-8891 4758/4774/4746
Go to 1st floor for the counter service, you should get queue number that in range of 5xxx, it is counter 8 & 9.
The officer will guide us to fill in the Borang I there, just please make sure you had photocopy of these:
1. S&P
2. VP (surat penyerahan milikan kosong)
3. Handling of keys
4. Sijil layak Menduduki (CF)
5. Surat notis tuntutan (the letter that you wrote to the developer, I used the one replied from developer instead)
The officer is friendly enough to guide us on filling up the details. It need the signature of all buyers as state in the S&P, so, if you bought a house with somebody else, it is better both of you go at the same time, else you may need travel so far again to submit it.
Then there are 4 copies of the Borang 1:
1. One is submitted to the tribunal office
2. One to send the AR register mail to the developer (penentang)
3. One to submit to bank, that we get loan from. This one cannot send to the branch lor, then I travel so far to KL only to get a acknowledgment stamp on my own copy, imagine ah, travel 45 mins, then gao dim in 3 mins...
4. And last one I keep myself lah.
Total fee: RM 10 SAHAJA !!
Now, is waiting for tribunal to send me letter so that to attend a hearing between us (penuntut) vs developer (penentang), then it should come into an agreement about the compensation amount.
I can tell you that the total is about 40K + if follow the calculation provided by the tribunal office, but, I heard the maximum amount the people manage to claim is between 10-13K ++ so far, wish me good luck lah :)

cuti 1 minggu, tapi manyak sibuk...
Company forced leave this week -> I am enjoying the 1 week + break since 24 Dec.
But, this is really a very busy week, I had been busy traveling here and there to settle my personal thing.
First, I went to JPJ to register plate number myself. Why don't get those runner do it? Well, few points lah:
1. Money lor, got to pay extra 100+ for the runner fee
2. Since I am off, i have time
3. I want to know how it works too
So, after Google around, found a blogger share her experience on doing herself at Wangsa Maju branch, honestly, Wangsa Maju sound a bit scary to me, I totally no idea about this area.
Luckily after ask around, my brother told there is a branch in Salak South. Then found that it's near to LRT station, so, my destination is set!
Walked about 10 mins from the Salak South LRT Station, sweat a lot due to naik tangga...
Counters start at 2 p.m sharp, quite efficient, queue number is jumping fast. Finally is my turn. And I can tell you, I got to approach this officer for 3 times! Not bcoz she is working slow, but the number in my list was all sold out. -_- !!
OK lah, finally after about 1.5 hours of ding ding dong dong, i got my number lah. So, if you would like to try yourself next time, here's some tips:
1. Find the JPJ nearest to you:
- You must be careful about the state of it, as the alphabet is assigned as per the branch location, I means W?? is for KL; B?? is for Selangor
2. Prepare a list of number you like, yes, you need a LIST of number!
3. very important -> you CAN buy advance number
- For e.g. when I was there, the running number is in 2xxx range. But, it does not means I can't try 3xxx, 4xxx, 7xxx those bigger number
- I am not sure about the alphabet though, means mine is WWE, but I am not sure if I can ask for WWF
4. For some special number, i.e. 8811, 1188, so call hot number, you will need to submit tender for it -> bid with the amount you willing to pay, you will get it if you are the one that bid with the highest price
5. And last most important point, RM 210 is the total cost I paid to JPJ. This is the minimum amount to get a plate number.

非常不想, 但是不行!
哎哟, 又要星期一了
周六之前打算在家赶点东西, 哪知光阴如梭在这两天体现的特别完美, 很快现在已是周日晚上10点了, 而我的那点东西还是呆在原点.....
好吧, 吃了羊肉咖哩回来才开始吧
好多好多年不在家工作的'原则'在我拖三拖四的态度下, 被逼破格了! md...只能怪自己

Polo is coming to my house
OK, I made the move!
Should be able to get the car soon, as it is only pending on the process thing, the car was ready to pick up anytime.
Am now listing out plate number to make the Polo TSI come to my house before new year

OH!!! I think I found a way, I'm being confused by the Google+, I should have go to the picasa web !! Let me try.
ah ha! Sometime I feel I really smart lah, hehe
So, lesson learnt: don't get fancy & panic with all kind of new stuff. 淡淡定定有钱净 (got to read in Cantonese then got nice tune lah)
Really, so far I am still quite reluctant for G+, think to 'un-join' it, but don't know how to do it yet..

晕...
本来我睡得好好的, 8点开始倒在床上, 一会儿就睡着了. 我是打算来个周末睡觉大餐的!
哪知夜半 11.30, 我姐突然敲响我房门, 然后说:'Eh, 怎样, 我这身衣服好看不?"
她刚喝完喜酒回来, 我放工到家时, 没遇上她, 所以她想争取下我的意见, 虽然一般上我们的taste都不会走到一起
我.......
说真的, 我真有点吓到, 因为衣服的颜色比较沉, 没带眼镜的我就只看到黑黑的一整套站在我门前.
md. 我真的睡的很沉了, 然后看到酱, 我没喊上三声已经很厉害了
然后, 现在搞到我睡不着了.....
