Lot's of questions,
Got to plan the workout?
Got to plan what to do and when and how long ?

I'm start to feel sleepy after browse thru the miCoach website. =_=
Very powerful website, need a powerful brain too.

And I am stupid enough to wonder if I didn't subscribe to the mobile's data plan, will the GPS incurred additional cost if I switch this miCoach on?

Am thinking why need to be so complicated leh, need to plan some more. After plan so much, mm I able to execute the plan ? I think this is the most big challenge for me :D

I'm a lazy person that would like to go with my heart one :p

某人觉得他爸的风水只照顾到女儿, gi li gu lu 的说着要叫师傅再做一遍好让他们 (或其实他只想着他自己 ?? ) 能够财丁两旺.

我真他妈的不明白.
如果他爸还健在的话, 他妈的他不是一世人都倒霉吗 ?
他是不是很高兴他爸死了, 然后他能搞他爸的风水, 好让自己命运变得更好 ?

我不知道风水的东西, 我只知道家里的女儿没什么老爸死后, 变得更好.
没人突然发达了, 日子还是一样的过. 她们的各自的儿子, 都已经十多岁了, 你怎么好意思说是爸的风水旺女儿. 我这还没嫁的, 最近倒霉得想死.

他是家里最不用负担任何东西的么子, 家里本来就不是什么大富人家. 所谓的家产就他一个人独享着. 他妈的他还在埋怨风水不好, 不够旺儿子, 我真的很他妈的看到他我就烦得想去死.

40多岁的人, 还要他妈护他护的像小宝贝一样.
护他不算, 还要他妈跟他哥千万吩咐, 要多照顾他这好儿子的儿女.

我真他妈的不明白.
为什么我自己都没给自己好过, 我要去照顾别人的孩子?
如果你是真的有财务困难, OK, 我接受.
但是你就厚着脸皮, 老说自己没钱没钱.
然后在那算着算着你的所谓xx岁之前要有yy钱的目标快达到, 这叫没钱?

家里有钱没钱, 你妈最怕你饿到.
到钟到点饭热菜热, 虽然不是什么山珍海味, 但是比起你外面那些兄弟姐妹, 真找不到一个比你好命的.

电视播着几年前的King Kong, 就是那个恐龙也有出现的那个
我之前没看, 话说换到这台时, 刚好是那个女主角穿着sexy睡衣被恐龙猛追的画面

看着看着, 我真的忍不住了
问了我外甥 ( 他 13 岁了) :"你说这女主角干嘛穿着睡衣满街跑啊?"

他答了句 : "她很穷的"
我蒙了, 再问 : "什么??"
他认真的放慢速度重复一遍 : “真的, 开始的时候说了, 这女的很穷, 所以穿得很少"

哈哈, 果然还是小孩一个哪

好大的雨啊~~

离开office时, 雨停了.
哪知道到半路时, 雨又下大了. 想到反正淋得七七八八, 就不理它继续回家

这次的感觉就像把自己丢进洗衣机里来个full wash, 除了戴着gok帽的头发没湿, 里里外外, 上上下下真的是滴水成河 :-)

Old Klang Road 和 Jalan Puchong 下雨时到处积水,迟点回, 我觉得可能会淹水leh....

无论如何, 能够平安到家已是万幸鸟.

The long week almost ends...

Gosh, time flies, already Thursday

I wish I have another week of vacation just like this.

Best thing I did is that I control the hours I sleep, I'm trying to back to normal track.

Did jogging 3 times so far, still far from what I used to be, especially today, I think I'm just out of mood doing it, I can't keep myself going further as compare to 2 days ago.

Did finished a story book . Very nice book, interesting to follow that keep me flipping page by page. And in fact, I only found out that it is a 3 series of book that make it call after read till almost half of the book.
So, I started the 2nd one this week, . Seriously, this book keep me reading on it, it used easy English which I can understand, and sometimes surprise that it could be write in such a way. If you like crime fiction kind of story, check this out. Well, you can come and get the one I had read, I'm just keeping it at the bookshelf afterward, I think it's good that if the book can be shared with other :)

Oh ya, I went for a movie too. With my nephew, the Cars 2. Childish ?? Surprisingly, it's much better than I thought, I enjoyed it
