After get the Developer Options shown, I thought I can now see 'Hello World' in my phone.
But.... it is NOT in the device list ??!
Some people suggest to install the drive, or phone manager, so I am giving it a try now... hopefully my development environment will get setup properly after this step.
BTW, the phone manager installer can be found when the phone is connected to the windows machine, and then it appear as CD Drive, there is a setup.exe there.
