严重失眠...

这几天失眠的情况非常严重，有好几天是 4， 5点都还没能睡下。就像今天, 眼睛是很累很累了，就是睡不下

幸运的是白天的时候不觉得特别累，但是也担心不知道会不会导致精神紧张，然后忧郁症上门。

希望过几天情况会转好。。。。
